Every step of production follows rigorous quality checks: Material inspection -> PCB Printing -> LED Lamp SMT -> Wave Soldering -> Module Testing -> Aging Test. Modules undergo a 72-hour aging test, and the finished screen undergoes an additional 72-hour aging test before delivery.
